2. Where are you based and do you travel?
I'm based in Scottsdale, Arizona! But I’m always up for an adventure! I regularly travel for shoots and am happy to accommodate destination sessions. Travel fees may apply depending on location.
3. How do I book a session?
You can book directly through my Contact Page or by emailing me at nektariaphotos@gmail.com. Once we confirm your date and session type, a signed contract and retainer will officially secure your spot.
4. What’s included in a typical session?
Each session includes a pre-shoot consultation, professional editing, and a private online gallery to view and download your final images. Packages vary based on shoot length and deliverables.
5. How long until I receive my photos?
Turnaround time is typically 1-2 weeks. Sneak peeks are often shared within a few days!
6. How many images will I receive?
The number of final images depends on the session type. On average, portrait and branding sessions include 25–60 fully edited images. Events vary and will be discussed prior to booking.
7. Do you offer retouching or editing?
Yes, all final images are professionally edited for color, lighting, and overall aesthetic. Light retouching (e.g., skin softening, blemish removal) is included. Extensive edits can be discussed as an add-on.
8. What should I wear for my shoot?
I’ll guide you through outfit choices based on your shoot type and goals. Neutrals, textures, and clothing that reflects your personality always photograph beautifully.
9. Can I bring someone with me to the shoot?
Of course! A friend or partner is welcome to join for support. If you’re doing a branding or lifestyle shoot, we can even incorporate them into a few photos.
10. Do you work with brands or offer content creation packages?
Yes! I love collaborating with brands, creatives, and entrepreneurs. I offer tailored packages for content creation, product photography, and social media assets.
11. What’s your cancellation or rescheduling policy?
Life happens! I allow one reschedule with at least 48 hours' notice. Retainers are non-refundable but can be transferred to a new date if rescheduled in time.
